Caught Red Handed?-Susan Sontag Selfie Response

In Susan Sontag's "On Photography", there was a small passage that caught my attention: "Photographs furnish evidence. Something we hear about, but doubt, seems proven when we're shown a photograph of it. In one version of its utility, the camera record incriminates." In my selfie, it is shown that I am vandalizing a wall. Sontag explains how photos can be the most convincing piece evidence, which is true because many police officers and detectives use photos for their work. When someone gets to know me as a person, they would never believe I would do such an act. Showing a photo such as this one can give people a different perspective of me, since I dressed suspiciously and have paint all over my hands.

(Also, I definitely did not spray paint this wall. It was already painted before. People are allowed to paint in the area I was located, for your information.)
