Advertising is a public practice that catches the attention of large groups of people to promote an item, website, store, a person, or make a statement. Ads are seen everywhere. In the modern day, advertising is seen in media and social media platforms, such as Youtube, Facebook, or Instagram.



Shepard Fairey

Shepard Fairey is known to be a graphic artist that creates fine art, commercial art, street art, and political art. His most famous works are the "Hope" poster of Barack Obama. Until then, Fairey began to work with the red, white, and blue style. Some of his works, like The Obey Giant, is also seen in fashion brands.


The fashion industry is pretty huge in modern day culture. Fashion is physical or material objects that classifies each individual by luxury, class, extravagance, and beauty.



Karl Lagerfeld

Karl Lagerfeld was a German creative fashion director for Chanel, Fendi, and his own label. He possessed photography skills and was known for his fashion triptychs to advertise his fashion shows. For example, "Fire Etchings" was produced by Lagerfield in 2013 to promote the Chanel Fashion Show. The model in the photo is Freja Beha Erichsen.
